Reapply Credit Card Payments
Step 1
Reopen the check that you want to add the credit card to.
Step 2
Click the Payment and click Void (choose the reason).
Step 3
Click the Functions button.
Step 4
Click the Pmt Reapply button.
Step 5
If this payment was from today, scroll down, highlight the payment you want to reapply and click OK.
If not, proceed to Step 8.
Step 6
Click Yes.
Step 7
Enter in amount and click OK.
Step 8
If the payment was from a previous day, click the Calendar icon and click on the date the credit card was first used. Then click OK.
Step 9
Follow Steps 5-7 to finish the reapply payment.
