Sky Tab Mobile Troubleshooting

Restart the Mozart window services on the Focus Office computer

 

Exit out of Focus software on the Focus Server

Click Alt F4 (at the same time)

 

On the Desktop click Mozart Shortcut button (it will take about 10 seconds to restart

 

Restart the Focus Software

 

Reboot the Handheld

Press and hold the black button on the bottom left hand side of the handheld

 

Click on the Restart button

 

Restart the Sky Tab Mobile

Click on the Sky Tab Mobile App Icon

 

Make sure the Handheld device is on WIFI 4G cellular

Reboot the device

Click the Settings Icon

Click Internet and Network

Turn on WIFI or Turn on 4G (AT & T)

If you turn on the WIFI network and enter the password
