Rewards: Adding Members, Points and Rewards
Log into Ingage Rewards website
https://www.ingagerewards.com/Account/MerchantSignIn
Merchants include Town Hall, Green Mill, Crooked Pint, The Copperfield, O-Town Tavern, O’Malley’s, Park Tavern, Shakopee Bowl Etc.
In the account box (top right) choose the merchant you want to add a member, points or rewards
Add Member
Click Members (Right hand side)
Click Add Member
Enter Member information (must have phone number)
Click Save
Click Send Welcome Email
Add Points or Rewards
Click Members (Right hand side)
In the Enter text to search box enter phone number or name
Double click on the rewards member
Click On Points or Rewards (depending on what you are adding)
Add Points
Click Add points to a member
Enter in reason for points
Enter in amount of points (only whole numbers)
Save
Add Rewards
Click Add Rewards to Member
Click the down arrow to choose the reward you want to add
Save
NOTE: You are not able to void points or rewards right now.
