Rewards Template

This guide will demonstrate how to use Email Templates paired with Email Campaigns, Events and Points Rules.

Key Terms: 

Email Templates: Email Templates are email designs that can be attached to Email Campaigns, Events, and Points Rules.

Email Campaigns: Scheduled Emails for specials, events or updates.

Events: Auto-programmed emails that can be sent based on member information. Examples include birthdays, anniversaries, and Winbacks.

Points Rules: Are rules that determine how your members earn rewards via rewards points.

 

Creating a new Email Template:

  1. From the Email Templates tab select the Add Email Template button to create a new template.

Subject: This will be the subject line the email will use

Designer (Body): The body of the email can be customized with text and images as well is include web links.
