SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program. INGAGE offers text messaging in connection with its phone-based IT support line. When you call INGAGE support, our automated assistant may offer to text you a link to a relevant knowledge base article. If you agree during the call (by saying "yes" or pressing 1), we send a one-time SMS containing that link to the phone number you called from.
Consent. Consent to receive these messages is given verbally during the call and is captured on a per-call basis — it is not a recurring subscription. You choose each time you call.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is limited to messages you request during a support call (typically one message per call).
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out / Help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Privacy. Mobile information and phone numbers obtained for text messaging, and the consent you provide, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
