How to edit a report

This document will documentshow how to add elements toedit a sales report.

  • Editing a report will let you rearrange, add elements, rearrange, or remove elementssections from pre-existing reports.

 

  1. Navigate to the settings section of the reportsreporting tab and select the report you would like to edit.

  2. Select the plus sign to

    To add a new elementsection

    • Click Report Parts to see details of all the selectedsection report.

  3. The new element will now be in the list.

  4. To rearrange the sections

    • Use

      Youthe maydouble wantblue lines to changegrab orand deletedrag anthe element.

    To remove/edit a section

      1. To change the elementsection select the pencil icon to bring back the drop down list of elements then select the element you would like and press update.

      2. To delete an elementsection select the red x.X. Once selected a prompt will appear asking you to confirm.

    1. The order of the list determines the order of the report. Click on the hamburger icon to drag the element to the part of the report you would like to have show that field.
