How to run a product mix report

This will show you how to run a product mix report.

To run a product mix report you will need to log into Backoffice.

• To navigate to it, go to Reporting --> Reports --> Sales --> Product Mix

 

 

1. Next you will be prompted to enter some parameters for the report.

   

    

   • One new way to filter is by the Reporting group
   • You can have as many or as few Reporting groups selected as you'd like.
   • For example, you can just search Merchandise if you'd like
     • Or Beer, Wine, and Liquor all together
       

       

    

    

    

   • Second new way to filter is by the Item Categories
   • You can select as many or as few categories as you'd like
   • Please note that if you are using the category filter you also need to have the corresponding reporting group selected. So if you just want to see Bottle Beers, All reporting groups can be selected and it will just show you bottle beers. But at the very least you have to have the Beer reporting group selected
     

     

    

    

    

   
   

    

   

1. After the report parameters are filled in press the “Execute Report” button to create the report.
