New Features

1. Online Order Throttling options

  • You can now use 4 different filters to create rules to change the online ordering default timetime.
  • Please Call or Email support for further training and help getting these set upup.
  • Throttling rules will use a time range that you set in configuration to evaluate the system. Here is where to set that time range

Here is where to set the throttling rules (Filters explained below)
  • All Order Throttling rules can be set for a specific date or time range

  1. By Order Count
    1. You can specify a number of orders in the system to trigger this rule
    2. For Example, Once there are 30 orders in the designated time frame the default order time will go up 10 minutes.
  2. By Revenue
    1. You can specify the amount of sales revenue range in the designated time frame to trigger this rule
    2. for example, once there is $1000 in sales in a 30 minute time frame the online order default time will go up 15 minutes.
  3. By Online Order Subtotal
    1. You can specify an order subtotal amount of an order being places online to trigger this rule
    2. For example, if a customer places an order of $50, it would be the default order time. But if a customer places a large order of $150, then it would trigger this rule and the order default time they are quoted would be 20 minutes longer.
  4. By Online Order type
    1. If you are a location that has more than 1 order type available online, you can specify an order type to trigger this rule
    2. For example, "Pick up" orders use the Order Default time, "Walk next door" orders add another 5 minutes

Improvements

2. Product Mix report filtering

  • We have now added 2 new ways to filter your product mix report
  • If you do not use any of the filters, it will just search for all items in the date range you enter

    image.png

  • One new way to filter is by the Reporting group
  • You can have as many or as few Reporting groups selected as you'd like.
  • So you can just search Merchandise if you'd like
  • Or Beer, Wine, and Liquor all together

    image.png

  • Second new way to filter is by the Item Categories
  • You can select as many or as few categories as you'd like
  • Please note that if you are using the category filter you also need to have the corresponding reporting group selected. So if you just want to see Bottle Beers, All reporting groups can be selected and it will just show you bottle beers. But at the very least you have to have the Beer reporting group selected

Bug Fixes

  1. Selecting modifiers in reverse order was not charging correctly
  2. In the Order View page, if you selected "All" servers and still had another server selected, it would show their orders twice
  3. When you split an item with modifiers on it, the item switched with the right price but the modifiers stayed on guest zero. Which looked funny.
