Notes: 

In this release we've focused on enhancing the system's flexibility by expanding context filter support to various areas, allowing for greater customization.  As a result, handheld devices will need to be updated to the latest version to fully support these new contest filters.  

**This release WILL require you to update your handheld to version 2023.9.3**
