Improvements
1. Labor Productivity report change
- What Changed
- Employees with a $0.00 pay rate are now excluded from Total Labor Hours in the Labor Productivity Report.
- Employees with a $0.00 pay rate are now excluded from Total Labor Hours in the Labor Productivity Report.
- Why This Matters
- Some locations use “dummy” employees (like AM Bartender, PM Bartender, or Host) for organizational or tracking purposes.
- Previously, those “employees” were included in total labor hours, which skewed productivity percentages and made labor efficiency appear lower than it really was.
- Some locations use “dummy” employees (like AM Bartender, PM Bartender, or Host) for organizational or tracking purposes.
- Impact
- This ensures the report reflects actual paid labor hours used for productivity and cost analysis.
- Labor Hours per Guest, Sales per Labor Hour, and other time-based ratios will now be more accurate.
- Dummy or placeholder staff no longer inflate labor hours or distort labor cost efficiency.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where items with very long descriptions could not be exited.
- Modifiers now properly respect the parent item’s quantity, ensuring accurate modifier application when multiple quantities are ordered.
