New Features

1. Zones 

Zones is a concept that defines areas of your restaurant that your devices are located.  They can be used similarly to how profit centers are used today to specify prep ticket routing, pricing, etc.  However unlike profit centers, they do not affect the reporting of your sales.

• Backoffice --> POS --> System Setup -->Zones
• You can set up different "Zones" inside your establishment
  • Example: Dining Room, Bar, Patio, Rooftop
• Zones can be used in: Price Levels, Context Filters, Kitchen Routing, Auto Charges, and Billboards

2. Billboards

• Backoffice --> POS --> Billboards
• Billboards will now take the place of "Today's Notes" and we have added a bunch of enhancements to it.
  
• All settings are supported on the terminal and handhelds!

1. Details

   1. Name the billboard so you know what its about
   2. Optionally set a location.
      1. With this setting you can either choose 1 location or all location. (see below to filter for multiple locations)
   3. Active/Inactive. This way you can Inactive ones when they're not needed and easily reactivate them so you don't need to make them again!
      
      
2. Availability
   1. Set it for a specific Date Range (Weekly specials, or upcoming events)
   2. Set it for a specific Time Range (Daytime vs nighttime information)
   3. Set it for a specific Day of the week (Daily specials)
      
      
3. Filters
   1. Location Groups - If you have location groups set up this would be a good way to have your billboard only show up at multiple locations and not others
   2. Brand - If your location has multiple brands, you can have your billboard only show up 1 brand instead of others
   3. Zone - Have the billboard only show up in specified areas of the restaurant 
   4. Context filter - a way to do multiple filters at one time. Multiple locations, devices, Profit centers, order types, ect.
   5. Job roles - Have the billboard show up for specified job roles and not others
      
      
4. Billboard designer
   1. Supports different fonts, sizes, formats, and colors!
   2. It even supports Emojis 😀!
