How to add or subtract reward point on the terminal
This document will show you how to add or subtract point from a terminal
1. Set job role rights in Backoffice
- Backoffice --> Staff --> Job Roles
- Click the pencil next to the job role you'd like to edit
- Open the tree: POS --> Front of house --> Order (or you can use the Task search feature and type in Rewards)
- Check the box on "Manually Adjust Member Reward Points"
- You will need to do this for all job roles who you'd like to give access
2. How to add/subtract point from the terminal
- Click on the Rewards button on the bottom tool bar
- Use the "Look up" button to type in the customers phone number
- Select the customer
- Use the "Add Pts" to add points to the customer
- Use the "Remove Pts" to subtract points from the customer
- If the staff member does not have the job rights to do so, the will get a pop up message for a manager to type in their code to allow it.
