How to sign into the Ingage Insights App

This document will explain what needs to be set up in order to get the Ingage Insights App


Step 1 - YouDownload mustthe have a Backoffice Log inapp

    Go

  • Ifto ayour userphones doesApp notstore haveand search for "Ingage Insights" and download the app

    Or click on one goof these links to Staffbring -->you Employeesright -->to Add new record

    • Fill out the details tab: Name, email, and Backoffice log in password is required

Step 2 - Sign In

Use your Backoffice log in to sign into the app

If you do not have a Backoffice log in, or if you do and its still not showing you information then double check these two things.

 

Create a Backoffice Log in

  • Go to Staff --> Employees --> Edit the employee who needs a log in
    • An email address is required for a Backoffice Log in
    • Then click the checkbox for "Backoffice Login"
    • A box will appear for the user to create a password

You must have the job role right to view the Sales Period Report

  • If you have a log in and you still don't see information it might be because your job role doesn't have the correct access. 
  • Staff --> Job Roles --> Edit the job role you'd like to give this task to
  • Expand Reporting --> Reports --> Sales --> Check the box for "Sales Period Report" --> Click Save

Step 3 - Download the app

Go to your phones App store and search for "Ingage Insights" and download the app

Step 4 - Sign In

Use your Backoffice log in to sign into the app
