How to sign into the Ingage Insights App


Step 1 - Download the app

Go to your phones App store and search for "Ingage Insights" and download the app

Or click on one of these links to bring you right to it

Step 2 - Sign In

Use your Backoffice log in to sign into the app

If you don’t have a Backoffice login — or if you do, but it isn’t showing any data — double-check the following two things

Create a Backoffice Log in

  1. Go to Staff → Employees and edit the employee who needs access.

  2. Make sure an email address is entered — this is required for Backoffice logins.

  3. Check the box for “Backoffice Login.”

  4. A new field will appear allowing you to create a password for that user.

Verify that the job role has the right to view the Sales Period Report

If the user still doesn't see information it might be because the job role doesn't have the correct permissions. 

  1. Go to Staff → Job Roles and edit the role that should have access.

  2. Expand Reporting → Reports → Sales.

  3. Check the box for “Sales Period Report.”

  4. Click Save.
