Release 2025.2.1 "Hasenpfeffer"

Notes: This release consists of 1 ImprovementsImprovement and some fixes.

Improvements

1. Gift CardsCard auditAudit historyHistory

  1. Gift Cards now have a "Home Location" (For multi locations)
    1. This location can be changed at any time by editing the gift card.
    2. When a value is added to a card the Home Location switches
    3. The home location appears in the grid in Backoffice and it can be filtered

  2. Audit History to View Changes
    1. Audit history will show activations, increments, and redemptions
    2. The blue Order ID link now brings you to the Order Details screen instead of Go Fish
    3. Now captures and shows an "Audit Note" when cards are manually adjusted
    4. Now shows the location that the change occurred

  3. When Editing  
    1. An "Audit Note" is now required when cards are manually adjusted in Backoffice
    2. For multi locations: When editing a gift card you can now adjust the location

      1. If you are changing the balance, selecting the location will tag the balance change with the location specified - but WILL NOT change the home location of the card.
      2. If you are not changing the balance, then changing the location will adjust the home location of the card (and will not goshow intoin audit history)
      3. I tried to make this distinction very clear in the edit dialog as once the amount changes the dialog changes to reflect your action.
    3. When changing the balance 
      1. An Audit Note is now required
      2. A confirmation dialog appears showing the change and confirming the location it will be tied to.

    Fixes

    1. Duplicate Credit Card Charges. Additional precautions have gone in place to help with the same card being charged the same thing twice. 
    2. Items not sending to the KVS screen. Additional logging has been put in place
    3. Check Level Discounts were not showing on the handhelds. They are back now.
    4. If you rang in a quantity item on the terminal and then duplicated it on the handheld it was not resulting in the right price.  This is fixed.
