Release 2025.6.3 "Ribs"

New Features

    Fixes

    1. Location availability and price is missing for users who can only see their location (reported by CP Onalaska, & Big Louies New Brighton)
    2. Gratuity doesn't print on CC Receipt on an order that had started a tab (reported by Park Tavern)
    3. Inventory in Backoffice not updating if it had an existing number in there (reported by Shakopee Bowl)
    4. Error with Gratuity on Large Parties (reported by GM St. Paul)
    5. Working on ELO Card swiping issue (reported by 4 Willy McCoys locations) (for 6.2 Release)

    6. (6.2) Issue with tip adjustment back to zero after previous tip not making it to the processor (Found by Sean)

    7. (6.3) Item and customer editor on terminal did not respect field max length (This was discovered by Split Zone as they put the zip code in the state field, and it gave a cryptic error on send because the State field only allows 4 characters in the database but they put in 5.)
    8. (6.3) Issue when there is more than 1 card on a tab with surcharging (reported by Park Tavern)
    9. (6.3) Previous order visible - From the launch screen when you click to go or door dash and it prompted for name or number, you would see the previous order in the background until you entered in the information, and then it would clear out.  This is not the case anymore, it will be blank now.
    10. (6.3) Fixed an issue with auto close and unadjusted tips. It was sometimes causing a batch discrepancy (reported by Billy)
    11. (6.3) Orders not sending to the KVS until after the cash payment was completed (reported by Miguels)
    12. (6.3) Day summary loads very slowly. Mainly for multi store locations (reported by Willy McCoys and Hunter Group)
    13. (6.3) Owners can not edit the name or price from a terminal. We have changed it so the only time you can NOT edit the name and default price is IF you are apart of a Multi Store and you do NOT have the job right \\Enterprise\Access All Locations (Reported by Lock and Dam)
    14. (6.3) Issue with un-splitting an item on the handheld. Sometimes the parts would not go back together if you dragged and dropped them. This is fixed (Found in testing)
    15. (6.3) Handheld gets stick when a quantity modifier type has the name min and max (reported by Hightop, bulldog, & Baldy's)
    16. (6.3) Handhelds not respecting the 86 list rules. All 86 list items were appearing on the handheld even if the threshold was set at 10. (reported by Hightop)
    17. (6.3) NCA stays on a handheld if you cancel out of the payment screen (long standing Sail issue)
    18. (6.3) Duplicated items were not able to add a discount to (Found in testing)
    19. (6.3) Make it so you can not create the same table number on the same section (Gaurdrail)
    20. (6.3) When a manager overrode the screen on the order view screen it would not say the servers name on the "showing server" button. thats fixed (Found in testing)
    21. (6.3) When you used the quantity to ring in a drink, and used the "Double" button it would double the double, so it was charging way to much (reported by Tuttles Elsies)
    22. (6.3) When you were on the more screen and you voided a forced modifier, it would bring you back to that prompt to make a new selection but would put it at the bottom instead of in the order it was supposed to be. It will now go in the correct order (Found in testing)
    23. (6.3) When you voided a forced modifier, it would bring you back to that prompt to make a new selection but would allow you to hit the back button and skip that prompt. Which it shouldn't because it was a forced modifier. So we have taken away the back button if its a forced modifier set (Reported by Ben)
    24. (6.3) Customer Account starting balance was not showing up right away when you looked at the customer on the terminal. (Found in the Regression testing)
    25. (6.3) Quantity on a modifier set is not respecting the modifier type. if they have a quantity override of 10 - $1.50. and they selected "No" or "on side" it would still charge for that item (reported by Tuttles Splitrock)
    26. (6.3) Multiple "quantity" type modifiers are not calculating the price correctly. It would give the first one for free but if you selected it again it would charge for both instead of giving the first one free (long standing Sail issue)
    27. (6.3) Error message when registering a new terminal. You should now be able to register a new terminal with no issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (reported by Cheryl and Support) 
    28. (6.3) Tax is not added back on when changing the Order type. When changing it from Door Dash back to Dine in, it wasn't adding the tax back on. (Reported by Mr. Ds and GM Albert Lea)
    29. (6.3) An item level discount can be moved to a seat by itself (reported by Support)
    30. (6.3) New location imports were taking a very long time 15-20 minutes (reported by Ben)
    31. (6.3) Quantity not updating inventory (reported by Rancheros)
    32. (6.3) Removed seat results in double gratuity (Reported by Park Tavern)
    33. (6.3) Discount count on report not totally correctly. The total is the number of different discounts not the total number used. (Found in testing)
    34. (6.3) When a manager overrode is used for a discount, it still reports as the server did it instead of the manager.
    35. (6.3) Terminal Report prints no data (reported by Basilleos)
