Notes: This release consists of a couple fixes

Fixes

1. When you went back into an order, a charge would still show on the check but would not be included in the total amount due.  This has been fixed
2. When going back into an order it wasn't always starting on Guest 1. Sometimes it was guest 1 and sometimes it was the last guest. This has been fixed
3. If you hold an item for any amount of time, go back into the order before that item sends, the hold does not go away from the item. You can send it a second time after it sent from the timed hold.
