Release 2025.8.1 "Ube"

Notes: This release consists of some fixes

**This release WILL require a handheld update to version 2025.8.1**

Fixes

1. Fixed an issue where a charge would still appear on the check after reopening an order but wasn’t included in the total amount due.
2. Reopening an order will now always start on Guest 1 for consistency, rather than sometimes showing the last guest viewed.
3. If an item is placed on hold and the order is reopened before the hold time expires, the hold will now clear properly to prevent duplicate sends.
4. Default modifier sets now appear correctly on handheld devices when a context filter is applied.

5. Charges entered on a handheld will now retain their correct value after payment, rather than being zeroed out on the terminal.
