Sending Messages to Employees
You can send messages to individuals or groups of employees and force those messages to be read before the log in.
Step 1
On the order access screen click the wrench icon.
Step 2
Click the Setup Button and enter in your access code.
Step 3
Click the Messages icon (top middle of screen).
Step 4
Click Write button.
Step 5
Click the box with 3 dots (right of "To" box).
Step 6
Either select individual employees or click the Jobs button to choose the employees you'd like to message.
Step 7
If you choose the job button, select the appropriate job code you'd like to message and click OK.
Step 8
Enter in the subject, write the message, and click Send.
